Helping a healthcare leader strengthen their position by emphasizing the facts.
Baptist has been Arkansas’ healthcare leader for decades. But when they needed to counter community hospital messages touting specialty services, which narrowed the perceived value of traveling to Little Rock for cardiac and women’s services, Baptist needed to respond. And nothing speaks louder than the cold hard facts.
These service line campaigns emphasized their size, abilities, and proven record of service to the state. After all, it’s hard to argue with numbers. And more people choose Baptist because they consistently set the standard for comprehensive and compassionate healthcare in Arkansas.

Men often ignore their health, but they couldn’t ignore this ad campaign.
Men often avoid or delay seeking medical care, even when experiencing concerning symptoms, which can lead to serious health risks. Arkansas Urology Men’s Health Clinic seeks to change this and to get men tested and to have routine checkups so they can enjoy a healthy, productive, and happy life. This campaign for AU’s Men’s Clinic helped raise awareness about the risks to men’s health and the importance of regular check-ups and early detection.
The branding campaign below helped solidify AU’s reputation as an area leader in urology through highlighting its physicians and their unmatched expertise, facilities, and capabilities.

WRMC had a problem: people perceived that the ER at the hospital’s well-established chief competitor was closer, even though it wasn’t. Furthermore, traffic in the fast-growing region makes such a journey much longer, which is the last thing a person wants when they are in urgent need of medical care. These full-page newspaper ads made the point loud and clear.
A trip to the ER is never easy. Solving a misperception can be.

Celebrating a new day for the state’s oldest health system.
After a large expansion, St Vincent Health needed to spread the word that the faith-based, not-for-profit hospital was better than ever. While it isn’t as large as its main competitor, it had some facilities and services (Women’s Center, ER) that had a clear advantage. This work was part of a large multi-media campaign that sent the message that it was a new day for SVH while never losing sight of the system’s 120-year legacy of caring.
